said efficiently arranged a car rental on short notice. he ensured our holiday was good. the riad features a prime location near both the airport and the souks. staff members were helpful.

the room i stayed in had slightly poor insulation, and some noise came from inside.

The staff was always available. They provided excellent recommendations! The rooftop terrace was a comfortable area to relax during the heat of the day, though I wish there were more umbrellas. Authentic meals tasted better than many tourist restaurants. Said is a humble man, always ready to assist.

I found the location a little difficult to find the first time. the riad offered a transfer service, so that helped upon arrival.

Siad greeted us at the taxi drop off point, and he guided us to the riad. I had requested an evening meal for our arrival and it tasted delicious. The riad features pretty interiors. a seating area is available on the roof. Mustafa was helpful and accommodated all requests.

the room was quite dark, and it had a slight musty smell from the furniture.

A decent stay in the Medina

The staff was helpful . They assisted with directions and provided useful recommendations. I also enjoyed the breakfast. It had a good variety of options. I especially liked the Moroccan pancakes. They were delicious.

My room was not exactly as depicted in the photos. It felt a bit worn. the insistence on cash payments was inconvenient. I think the listing should emphasize this better.
